  • Answer back-line telephone calls, redirecting calls as needed and providing assistance to callers with questions or concerns.

  • Scan patient paperwork and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (CPT and ICD-9).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
