POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Site Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all facets of site operations, including safety protocols, staffing, and customer service, while collaborating closely with the Sales and Supply Chain teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: - Directing the local team to enhance safety and compliance performance, as well as managing sales of packaged gases, welding supplies, and hard goods, alongside cylinder production and distribution.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution; - Five to ten years of relevant experience and/or training, preferably in site or branch operations and/or packaged gas operations within the industrial gas sector; or - An equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS - Valid Driver's License - Hazardous Materials training.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Hands-on understanding of industrial gas products, production, distribution applications, and related equipment. - Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies. - Training in Safety and Compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FDA).
