About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on product cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Develop and implement product cybersecurity strategies and policies to ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations.
  • Investigate and respond to product cybersecurity incidents, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure product solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to product development teams on cybersecurity-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain product cybersecurity documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, applying this knowledge to inform product security strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with a minimum of 14 years of experience in product cybersecurity.
  • Active Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain program proprietary clearances.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response, risk management, and threat analysis.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including threat intelligence platforms and security information and event management systems.
