Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to MAP guidelines and dealership standards.
- Perform work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with accuracy.
- Communicate technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including store managers and customers.
- Recommend services necessary to maintain customer vehicles in running condition, documenting recommendations in customer files.
- Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
- Maintain ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.
