  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Attendance and Dependability: Must meet all attendance and dependability requirements, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing work environment, with a proven track record of developing and closing sales.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
System Requirements:
  • Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection with two available CAT5 ports in your internet router/modem.
  • Monitor and Headset: Must have a 21-inch flat-screen monitor with a DVI-D 24+1 port, and a USB headset that meets our requirements.
  • Personal Device: Must have a personal device capable of loading apps, such as an iPhone or Android device.
