Key Duties:
  • Thoroughly clean and service guest accommodations in accordance with established protocols.
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies such as towels and toiletries.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces and fixtures.
  • Sanitize bathrooms, ensuring cleanliness of toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables from guest rooms in a responsible manner.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in optimal condition, reporting any issues to management.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and tidy.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to promote a secure working environment.
  • Assist with laundry tasks as required, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as the front desk and maintenance, to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: No prior experience necessary.

Work Hours: Scheduled shifts may vary based on hotel requirements. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
