SAP FICO Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join our team at TWO95 International. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and architecting technical solutions in the areas of SAP FICO- GL, AP, AR, FA, CO-CCA, CO-PC, CO-PA, and integration with SD and MM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions for SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CO-CCA, CO-PC, and CO-PA.
  • Lead solution design for end-to-end scenarios, including account determination, product costing, and material ledger.
  • Build strong partnerships with finance, global process owners, shared services, master data team, and cross-functional organizations.
  • Lead cross-functional business process design sessions and ensure creation of functional and technical requirements and process design flows.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close costing activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams for cost roll-up and annual planning.
  • Experience in SAP BPC and understanding of financial planning and consolidation processes is preferred.
  • Candidate must have experience in designing accounting interfaces between ERP systems and should be able to understand accounting flow of transactions.
  • 7+ years project and/or support/Lead experience in SAP FICO. Experience in SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementations experience in SAP FICO.
