About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant to join our team at OneStream Software. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our customers, leveraging your expertise in financial reporting and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of OneStream XF solutions for our customers, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop applications for financial reporting, utilizing your knowledge of OneStream XF and financial accounting processes.
  • Design, build, and customize Task Manager, Parcel Service, Guided Reporting, Help Desk, Specialty Planning Solutions, Data Entry 123, Transaction Matching, RCM, ACM, and other OneStream XF features.
  • Develop and maintain project financials, project plans, and status reporting, ensuring adherence to the PRIME methodology.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct customer training, lead customer meetings, and manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Present Lunch & Learn knowledge share sessions, sharing your expertise with colleagues and customers.
  • Respond to inquiries from OneStream employees via OneCommunity, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in financial reporting, business performance management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with SQL, C#, VB.NET, or similar programming languages.
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office and data modeling skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial accounting processes and business intelligence.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical background, with experience in consulting, banking, or research.
  • Superior presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Prior experience with databases, such as Oracle, Essbase, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • Professional accounting designation, such as CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA.
  • Prior experience with OneStream XF, SAP BOFC, SAP Outlooksoft BPC, HFM, FDM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, or IBM Cognos.
