Case Management Professional

Aqrawi & Associates PLLC is seeking a Case Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will handle cases from treating to demand phase, working closely with an assistant case manager and supervising attorney.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and detail-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring reliable and consistent updates on each file.
- Collaborate with the assistant case manager to delegate tasks and achieve goals.
- Communicate effectively with adjusters and insurance company staff to gather information and make informed decisions.
- Monitor client compliance with treatment, sending LOP approvals as necessary.
- Make confident decisions on next steps, consulting with the supervising attorney as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and support.
- Explain the pre-litigation process in detail, addressing client concerns and questions.
- Review medical records and bills to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Understand medical and health insurance liens, taking appropriate action when identified.
- Maintain organized files, setting tasks for follow-up purposes.
Requirements:
- Previous personal injury case management experience is essential.
- Bilingual Spanish is also required.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills are crucial.
