Sentinel Real Estate Corporation is in search of a dedicated full-time Apartment Maintenance Specialist for a distinguished residential community.

Role Summary:

Working under the guidance of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, the Apartment Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for executing repairs and performing preventive maintenance throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned.
  • Efficiently and courteously complete work orders.
  • Regularly inspect the premises, including roofs and communal areas.
  • Ensure that job assignments and work orders are executed promptly, efficiently, and in line with established protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop and storage areas, ensuring safety and security.

Qualifications for Apartment Maintenance Specialist:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • HVAC certification is required, or the willingness to obtain certification within six months.
  • Availability for 24-hour on-call service as needed.
  • Possession of a basic set of hand tools for performing duties is necessary.
  • A strong history of reliability and job performance is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in multifamily maintenance or construction as a technician is preferred.
  • A current and valid Driver's License is required.
