We are seeking a charismatic and driven Multilingual Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will represent our company to current and future residents in a professional and energetic manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist prospective residents, providing them with information about our communities and amenities.
  • Follow up with prospects to promote our communities and encourage them to apply for residency.
  • Complete lease application processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our residents.
  • Provide expertise on community offerings and amenities, helping residents make informed decisions about their living situation.
  • Conduct market research and assist with marketing plans to help drive business growth.
  • Coordinate resident events and functions, fostering a sense of community among our residents.
