Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher (2 year olds) to join our team at Chesterbrook Academy. As a key member of our Early Childhood Education team, you will be responsible for implementing a superior curriculum and creating a happy, safe, and healthy learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive Early Childhood Education curriculum
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build relationships with families and the community
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific education and licensing standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Completed EDU119 or EDU 111 & EDU 112 or CDA
  • Ability to clear a criminal background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
