- Consult with engineering on capital planning and project implementation
- Support mill goals for safety, environmental, and other areas of need
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper Science, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in technical, quality control, or related work areas
- Successful completion of drug screen and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Pulp and paper industry experience
- Excellent leadership, people, and process management skills
- Strong planning and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and understand technical correspondence, memos, instructions, and reports
