Executive Producer of Manufacturing Operations

Ensure the success of our manufacturing operations by driving business growth, improving efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. As an Executive Producer of Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, including production, quality, and safety.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, quality, and safety teams, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, FDA, and USDA guidelines.

Benefits & Perks: As an Executive Producer of Manufacturing Operations, you will be eligible for a competitive salary range of $105,000.00-$223,000.00, plus additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional benefits include a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and more.
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business management, agriculture, food science, or manufacturing operations management and 2 years' experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing/food science operations environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workloads; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.
Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Agriculture, Food Science, or Manufacturing Operations Management and 3 years' experience in a senior management role in a manufacturing/food science operations environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workloads; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.
