About the Role:
D & A Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Debt Collector to join our team. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts and payment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with clients
- Update account information and document all interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Provide excellent customer service to assist clients in resolving their debts
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Proven experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
- Basic computer skills
What We Offer:
D & A Services LLC offers a competitive base pay between $17.00 and $23.00 per hour, along with a benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, BC/BS medical, dental, vision, and more. We also have an uncapped bonus structure which rewards Debt Collectors for generating revenue.
