Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Recovery Associate to join our team at Precision Medical Billing. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of medical claims, identifying and resolving denials, and maximizing revenue through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on submitted claims and paperwork to ensure timely payment
  • Identify and resolve denials and appeals to maximize revenue
  • Provide effective communication with team members regarding trends and reasons for denials or outstanding claims
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and recommend potential revenue challenges and opportunities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 23 years of medical billing or insurance experience
  • Strong understanding of basic office applications, including MS Office
  • EPIC experience a plus
