Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education Administration or related field
  • Three years of experience in school administration or teaching
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in various areas
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible, patient, and motivate others

Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Principal license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in school administration or teaching
  • Linguistically Diverse Education endorsement

Physical and Mental Demands/Work Environment:

  • Moderate physical effort, bending, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing
  • Visual concentration, depth perception, and eye/hand coordination required
  • May occasionally be exposed to fumes, outdoor weather conditions, and moderate noise level
  • Normal school district environment
