Burn ICU Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Burn ICU Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a Burn ICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to adults and children with burns, frostbite, and other conditions requiring large wound or skin loss treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to patients with burns, frostbite, and other conditions requiring large wound or skin loss treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information and progress in the medical record.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
