About The Role

As a Sales Team Coordinator at The Rockridge Group, you will play a crucial role in assisting and supporting our dynamic Sales Team. This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills to coordinate and process sales-related correspondence, contracts, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a good working relationship with the Sales team, internal personnel, and external clients, including advertising agencies and out-of-home buying services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following up on client requests on behalf of the Account Executive.
  • Coordinate and process advertising contracts, work orders, non-space agreements, and other paperwork associated with the sales process.
  • Track production activities and provide accurate completion reports upon installation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional appearance and manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and organizational skills

What We Offer:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
