Position: Facility Maintenance Specialist
Required Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible 5-day workweek. Availability required from Monday to Saturday.
Compensation: $15/hr
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly (Every other Friday).
Typical Shifts: Day Shift (7am-5pm) and Afternoon Shift (3pm-11pm). Additional tasks may include post-construction clean-up, floor maintenance, and window cleaning, which may occur at various times, requiring flexibility from employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize desks, chairs, conference rooms, and break areas.
- Maintain bathrooms (restock paper products, clean sinks, toilets, and mirrors).
- Empty waste bins and replace liners.
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, etc.).
- Secure buildings after cleaning.
