Job Title: General Foreman

At Dogwood Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our team in Everett, WA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of crews to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Develop and implement daily work plans to meet production schedules and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges.
  • Assign tasks to Assembly Foremen and workers based on skill set and workload to optimize productivity.
  • Enforce adherence to quality control standards and production specifications to ensure all work meets Dogwood's high standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of hourly workers.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and direct work activities to meet production goals.
  • Solid understanding of quality control principles and safety standards.
  • Hands-on experience with assembly processes, preferably in a steel manufacturing environment.

This is an onsite position at the Dogwood Factory at 3200 35th Ave. NE Everett, WA 98201. Work will be completed in a manufacturing setting, primarily under cover.
