Senior Foreman

Dogwood Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our Everett, WA factory team.

The General Foreman will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our panel assembly operations, overseeing daily activities, and coordinating with the Production Manager to maximize productivity, quality, and safety.

• Direct and oversee daily activities of crews to ensure high-quality and timely production of panels
• Assign tasks to Assembly Foremen and workers based on skill set and workload to optimize productivity
• Develop and implement daily work plans to meet production schedules and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among crew members
• Enforce adherence to quality control standards and production specifications to ensure all work meets Dogwood's high standards
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to assembly workers to develop their skills and improve overall performance

• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of hourly workers
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and direct work activities to meet production goals
• Solid understanding of quality control principles and safety standards
• Hands-on experience with assembly processes, preferably in a steel manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
