About This Role

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service with recognition. This position requires accuracy with computerized checkout systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and management.

This role involves requesting and identifying material from the warehouse, shelf stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing other duties as requested by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service with recognition.
  • Accurately complete computerized checkout processes.
  • Request and identify materials from the warehouse and stock shelves.
  • Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate with one year of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and management.
