This role involves managing customer enquiries, providing job progress updates, and working scheduling to meet customer requirements and KPIs. You will be responsible for replying to incoming calls, referring to customer scripts when necessary, and following departmental processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions, including responding to calls, emails, and messages.
  • Provide job progress updates and work scheduling to meet customer requirements.
  • Follow departmental processes and company service standards.
  • Keep databases up-to-date with progressing work and client details.
  • Participate in training and meetings to ensure policy and product knowledge are up-to-date.
