- Reliability and Verification Engineering: Develop and implement reliability and verification engineering plans to ensure that products meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineers, to ensure that products are developed with technical excellence.
- Problem-Solving and Analysis: Analyze and resolve technical challenges, drive issues to closure, and retire technical risks necessary for new product introduction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of related work experience required, with a combination of work experience and advanced degrees.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines; strong technical background in Systems Engineering, medical device development, or similar; experience with Systems Engineering and requirements management; experience with Reliability Engineering and statistical analysis.
