Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our critical national defense products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reliability subject matter expert advice on assigned programs
• Participate in reliability engineering reviews
• Liaison with other reliability engineers and programs to ensure best practice and share knowledge
• Provide advice to Systems Engineers regarding their responsibilities in accordance with the Reliability Program
• Conduct independent reliability analysis as deemed necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience; may consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, FRACAS, FMEA/FMECA or related Reliability Engineering work
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret and SAP security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical hands-on experience performing: Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, FRACAS, ESS, Reliability Testing, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, sparing analysis, and related engineering work
• Experience in completing detailed risk analysis
• Current Active SAP security clearance
