Department Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Manage assigned departments, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results.
- Ensure that all service staff are trained in service procedures and that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Control food cost and ensure that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
- Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
