Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and write high-quality proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, award submittals, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Website Management: Manage website activities, including blog posts, team member bios, and company news.
  • Proposal Coordination: Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in kick-off meetings and proposal production activities.
  • Marketing Support: Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gathering marketing materials, communicate and interact with professionals, project managers, and technical staff.
  • Database Management: Conduct marketing database queries, input data, and maintain accuracy of data on an ongoing basis.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate other special projects such as conferences, open houses, client events, and internal events.
  • Social Media Support: Support management of social media accounts and engagement activities.
  • Content Editing: Interview subject matter experts and write/edit technical content for target audiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or other relevant major (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, software proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, MailChimp, and WordPress and Google Analytics.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional consulting service experience (preferred); A/E/C industry experience is a plus.
  • Photography: Proficiency with Photography, strong understanding of lighting, composition, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom), experience with professional photography equipment, and proven experience in architectural photography or related field (preferred).
