Are you passionate about the residential construction sector and possess a sharp eye for detail?

We are looking for a knowledgeable and meticulous professional to join our dynamic team at Re-Bath. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance constructability and serve as a liaison between sales and production teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for constructability throughout the project lifecycle, pinpointing potential design challenges and offering cost-effective, efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Design Consultants and Installation teams to establish project scopes that are realistic, attainable, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Review contracts and place orders for necessary materials.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to resolve any concerns.
  • Work in partnership with production leadership to coordinate installation schedules based on Installer expertise and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the in-house Permitting Coordinator to schedule inspections with local building authorities as necessary.
  • Engage with procurement and management for sourcing materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a preference for kitchen and bath projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and principles of constructability.
  • Ability to assess existing conditions in relation to the scope of work.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to interact with clients.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
