Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Enterprise Value Stream team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for optimizing our value streams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of value stream optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve consumer value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end value stream initiatives and improve overall VS performance
  • Develop and manage segment VS execution plans, including goal setting and performance management
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the VS, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Drive the manufacturing technology advancement roadmap and ensure seamless integration of new products/systems into the Value Stream

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles, global operations, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
