Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab to join our team. As a Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare delivery team, including physicians, to deliver quality healthcare
- Assess patient functional level of independence throughout the rehabilitation program
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state
- Current BCLS certification
- Attainment of CRRN or within two years working on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
