Role Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
  • Engage with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and assess strategies for achieving patient objectives and reducing rehospitalizations.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with the following qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing with three (3) years of nursing experience, or
  • Nursing Diploma with three (3) years of nursing experience, or
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with two (2) years of nursing experience.

Additionally, at least one year of leadership experience in nursing is required. Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the relevant state is mandatory, along with a valid BLS/CPR certification.
