**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Regional System Support Manager at FullSteam. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing IT operations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless technology integration and optimal performance to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide managerial, operational, and working support for all of the IT and telephonic needs of the warehouse.
  • Support as a Team Leader to Regional System Support Teams, directing them in efforts to support warehouse and transportation operations, and the systems used to support all company operations.
  • Implement network security at the local level as established by Corporate Security Director.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the site's IT infrastructure, and direct IT support personnel when necessary.
  • Manage and develop upgrades to the company's telephone system at the national and local levels.
  • Oversee all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.
  • Administer and maintain computer stations and software for company training programs.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
  • Work with project teams to help implement internal systems.
  • Oversee all help desk activities at the regional and local levels.
  • Respond to escalated help desk issues.
  • Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware, and other IT supplies at the local level.
  • Ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly.
  • Design and prepare daily and monthly reports as needed by corporate and the General Manager.
  • Overall responsibility for the management of good sanitation and safety practices throughout the warehouse technology areas.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and manage all warehouse distribution programs as directed by corporate, the Human Resource Manager, and the General Manager.
  • Extremely high level of Computer Networking, WMS, and TMS system literacy with knowledge and certifications in LAN if needed.
  • Logistics knowledge, EDI knowledge, troubleshooting knowledge required to provide expedited support.
  • Management skills for high-level tier support.
  • College-level training or a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the areas of systems management.
