Physician-Led Advanced Practice Provider

We're a physician-led network dedicated to simplifying healthcare and delivering connected care.
Our primary, multispecialty, and urgent care providers serve millions of patients through VillageMD and our operating companies Village Medical, Village Medical at Home, Summit Health, CityMD, and Starling Physicians.
As a member of our team, you'll be part of a compassionate community working to make healthcare better for all.
We're innovating value-based care and leveraging integrated applications, population insights, and staffing expertise to ensure all patients have access to high-quality, connected care services.
Job Requirements
- Graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program
- Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Comfortable treating adult patients and conducting comprehensive health assessments
- Current, unrestricted State license or eligibility for licensure
- Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration
- Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
