Position Overview:

This hybrid position provides the flexibility of two remote workdays each week while promoting teamwork through in-office collaboration. You will be instrumental in assisting Real Estate attorneys with various facets of commercial property transactions and corporate due diligence. This role is ideal for a paralegal with a solid background in real estate law and a keen interest in a dynamic, team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and evaluate documents related to commercial real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, sale contracts, leases, and financing documents.
  • Perform legal research concerning real estate statutes, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Aid in due diligence assessments, including reviewing title reports, surveys, and environmental documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, title firms, lenders, and other professionals engaged in the transaction process.
  • Prepare closing documentation and ensure efficient and precise closings.
  • Assist with legal submissions to local and state governmental bodies.
  • Organize and maintain case files in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law and corporate transactions.
  • Strong comprehension of commercial real estate law and transaction procedures.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and editing capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic file management systems (iManage preferred).
  • Familiarity with real estate legal research databases is advantageous.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to excel in a hybrid work environment and effectively manage time while working remotely.

Benefits:
