This is an excellent opportunity to join Daily Management Inc. as a Front Desk Operations Manager. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional customer service.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on the current market rate and takes into account the level of responsibility, skills required, and industry standards.
About the Role:
- Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including supervising staff, handling guest complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure all staff members are trained to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex issues.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
