About the Role:

DispatchHealth is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a Portable X-Ray Technologist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing portable digital x-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, holter monitors, echocardiograms, and dopplers in the comfort of patients' homes or at facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform portable digital x-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, holter monitors, echocardiograms, and dopplers in various settings, including patients' homes and facilities.
• Travel locally to diagnose patients and provide high-quality imaging services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed, including visit logs and imaging results.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist RT (R)
• Limited Scope X-ray Operator in accordance with State-specific requirements
• State x-ray license (if applicable)
• Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
