Key Responsibilities:- Support the upkeep of facilities and machinery to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Keep tools and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Contribute to the production of consistent and food-safe products.
- Encourage effective communication among team members and across departments.
- Gain insights into bakery process machinery.
- Possess foundational skills in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Certification for respirator use is required.
- Basic understanding of welding, electrical systems, refrigeration, pneumatics, and more.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Hourly Rate: $32.38
Shift Availability: Must be flexible for all shifts - Day, Swing, and Graveyard.
