Position Summary:

We are expanding our operations in Stockton and need skilled maintenance technicians to support the installation of new machinery. This role will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, site facilities, and assets. You will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving issues with complex equipment applications used in our production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Collaborate with other technicians, operators, and management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
