Position Overview:

The role encompasses various responsibilities, primarily focused on teaching undergraduate courses and/or Basic Instruction Program (BIP) Physical Activity courses within the Department of Kinesiology. These courses are designed to promote physical activity among students, allowing them to explore new sports and engage with a diverse community to enhance their overall well-being.

Physical Demands:

Responsibilities may include physical activities such as running, lifting, swimming, and dancing, depending on the selected courses.

Health Considerations:

Involvement in various physical activities may pose certain health risks; training for bloodborne pathogens will be provided upon hiring.

This position is designed to recur each fall semester.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree coupled with 1-3 years of teaching or coaching experience is desirable.
