Job Opportunity

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Oxford, PA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Keep detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP certification is a plus, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
