We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to contribute to our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals through tailored therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's objectives
  • Administer therapy targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language challenges
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation tracking client progress

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Preferably possess ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Hold or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience with diverse populations is advantageous
