About the Role

The Collision Repair Estimator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful repair of vehicles. As an Estimator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, communicating with them throughout the repair process and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate and timely information to customers, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent service.
  • Damage Assessment: Accurately assess the damage of vehicles and document needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and updated throughout the repair process.
  • Repair Coordination: Coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance companies, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards and that customers receive excellent service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, such as collision repair or insurance.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Must be willing to complete I-CAR training and obtain any necessary certifications.
