Body Repair Technician

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team at Classic Collision Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition.
Responsibilities:
- Complete disassembly of vehicles to assess damage and prepare repair plans
- Ensure all necessary repairs are identified to minimize repair time and eliminate supplements
- Plan and execute work procedures, following work orders for all operations
- Remove and replace damaged parts, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical components
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including welders, sanders, and spray guns
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
- 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
