Service Supervisor/Estimator

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Supervisor/Estimator to lead our roofing service operations and estimate project costs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service crews, developing proposals, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose roofing issues, conduct surveys, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and estimate project costs.
- Develop and present proposals for roof maintenance and repairs to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise service crews, including hiring, training, and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, homeowners, and other stakeholders to promote our services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market and develop annual service programs to increase revenue and grow our customer base.
- Present proposals to decision-makers, highlighting the value of our services and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear, timely communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Oversee billing, job costing, and scheduling for the service department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial flat and residential roofing, with a strong background in project management and client relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of roof repairs, maintenance, and asset management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record, and bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
