Job Summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Maintain general ledger and perform month-end close procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actual comparisons.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and prepare related schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • JD Edwards software experience a plus.
