Position Overview

Shift Availability:
(2nd Shift - 2pm to 10:30 pm EST) with an optional weekend shift (FRIDAY, SAT, SUN, MOND, 10 PM TO 7AM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute installation, upkeep, and repair of machinery, equipment, infrastructure, piping, and electrical systems.
  • Employ machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drill presses, and milling machines for repairs or fabrication of components.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues with production and facility equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Fulfill assigned work orders promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the maintenance area.
  • Utilize maintenance management systems for daily operations.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Document completion of work orders accurately.
  • Support predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives.
  • Engage in plant-wide initiatives.
  • Organize and execute tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards and protocols.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in welding, electrical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Capability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Consistent work history.
  • Experience with PLC systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in welding, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Prior experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Previous electrical experience.
