Quality Critical Responsibilities:
  • Perform Baerlocher Preventative Maintenance Program's checks and lubrication
  • Validate equipment modifications to ensure product specifications are met
Requirements:
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair background
  • Knowledge of valves and valve repair
  • Ability to use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment
  • Basic pipefitting, plumbing, and welding skills
  • General knowledge of plant operational automation
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and be available for weekend shifts and/or call-ins
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose processes and equipment problems
  • Must have ability to read electrical and mechanical prints
  • Must have ability to rebuild mechanical components
  • Must have ability to troubleshoot electric and controls 480V and below
Education/Relevant Industry Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Five years of experience in the chemical processing industry
  • Strong communication skills

  • Pay is $31 - $33 per hour
  • Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with at least one on-call weekend per month
