About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Spectrum Innovations in Berlin, Senoia. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for the independent organization, processing, and support of department and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage project updates and monitor their implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain and further develop the central project database of the department, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and introduce suitable key figures and target group-oriented reports for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and implement sustainable optimization potentials in the department's internal reporting landscape, data structures, processes, and tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy in provided reports through quality checks and controls.
  • Collaborate in coordinating and consolidating planning activities within medium-term planning for the department.
  • Support in the operational design of risk and opportunity management for the department.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, controlling, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in developing reports and KPIs, deriving measures and recommendations for management.
  • Excellent knowledge in data analysis, data preparation, data management, and data visualization.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerBI, and knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to innovate.
