About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Elevated HR Consulting LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of bookkeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client accounts, including setup, maintenance, and reconciliation of QuickBooks Online files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including bank reconciliation, vendor bill processing, and customer invoicing.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor client email inboxes and client portals daily, categorizing and recording bank credit card and loan transactions.
  • Enter and record bank deposits, process payroll, and record payroll journal entries.
  • Calculate and submit sales tax returns, prepare monthly reconciliations for all bank credit card and loan accounts.
  • Project costing, budgeting, and cash flow management activities.
  • Specialty reporting, review all transactions to ensure accuracy, and prepare financials for client review meetings.
Requirements
  • Highly organized team player with a positive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Associates degree in accounting, business, or related field, and/or equivalent experience; advanced education and/or certifications preferred.
  • 2 years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience using QuickBooks Online required; QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification preferred.
  • 2 years of payroll experience required; ADP experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks.

The Account Executive works in a professional environment, which may be fast-paced with interruptions, distractions, and deadlines. The Account Executive needs to be flexible and able to adjust to changing needs or activities.
